It reads as follows: On September 4, 2007 In support of planned maintenance on the 1 B component cooling water (CCW) pump, the licensee needed to start another pump.The Cutler-Hammer breaker for the IC CCW pump failed to close when the licensee attempted to start the pump.On September 5, 2007 Since the 1 B pump was out of service for maintenance and the 1 C breaker had failed to close, the licensee needed to start the remaining CCW pump, the 1A.
