In Clinton Power Station (CPS) Final Safety Analysis Report (FSAR)
Amendment 38, organizational changes were made within Section 17.2 as a result of Revision 16 to the Illinois Power Operational Quality Assurance (QA) Manual. Among the changes made were the deletion of the Director - Construction and Procurement QA, Supervisor - Construction QA l
and the QA Administrative Section.
Although the FSAR text was updated, the corresponding figure which shows the QA organizational chart, FSAR Figure 17.2-2, was not updated in Amendment 38. This figure will be updated in the next FSAR Amendment to correspond to Figure 1-3 of the Operational QA Manual (attached).
