! Power, to Samuel Collins, Director, Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation transmitting the Application states incorrectly ' hat there exists an " Enclosure 9A," to the proprietary, separately bound Addendum to the Application. In fact, there is no such proprietary Enclosurc 9A.
Therefore, the proprietary, separately bound Addendum to the Application, containing Enclosures 3A and 6A is complete as submitted to the NRC on July 23,1999.
