While preparing the November Monthly Operating Report, an error in the October 1989 report was discovered. This error was the result of miscalculating the cumulative " NUMBER OF 110URS REACTOR WAS CRITICAL" (line 5 of the OPERATING DATA REPORT).in;the May 1989 report. The value ,
