i Moathly Summary STPEGS UNIT 1 began the reporting period in a planned outage for Bottom Mounted Instrumentation inspection. The unit was returned to service 10/9/88 at 1904 and achieved 100% reactor power 10/11/88 at approximately 1200 to continue normal operations.

On 10/19/68 at 1037 reactor power was decreased to 90% to investigate and repair leakage in the condenser tubes. Reactor power was restored to 100% on 10/21/88 at approximately 1000, i

A Steam Generator Feed Pump trip occurred on *0/24/68 at 0815 . '

Reactor power was reduced to 98% to control steam generator levels.

The Steam Generator Feed Pump was relatched at 0830 of the same day L and reactor power was restored to 100% at approximately 1100.

The unit concluded the reporting period at 100% reactor power. -
