This is a supplemental report submitted to provide the status of cori.ctive actions. implemented to date.

in our latest report on this issue (TXX-88144), we indicated that a third L monitoring channel for RCS pressure would be installed and the four existing T-hot and T-cold recorders would be replaced with class lE indicating recorders. We further indicated these actions would be completed by June 15, 1988.

Implementation of these modifications has been rescheduled for completion by December 1, 1988, for Unit 1 and by fuel load for Unit 2.
