SUMMARY

Perry Unit One started the month preparing for start-up. On 9/2 an operator error involving feedvater i

control resulted in an automatic scram. h unit was back on line at 1311 on 9/4 and 100% power was achieved on  !

9/7 at 1150. On 9/11 a power supply failure caused an inadvertent RCIC initiation, resulting in an automatic scram. h plant started back up on 9/13 at 1545. h unit was on-line for approximately three hours when a main turbine trip occurred. h unit was back on-line on 9/14, achieved 100% at 2115 on 9/16, and remained on line through month end
