Non-nuclear heatup was completed this month and Nuclear Heatup, Operational Condition 2 was entered. Preoperational testing -was completed on the Leak Detection (E31), Reactor Recirculation (B33) and Off-Gas (N64) systems. Additionally,

. the Confirmatory Action Letter on the Of f-Gas Event was closed. Only- the HVAC flow verification (M99) preoperational test remains to be completed prior to exceeding 5% rated power.
