Purpose:

The purpose of this pre-submittal meeting is for the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) staff to discuss with NextEra Point Beach, LLC (NextEra) the risk-informed analyses associated with the future license amendment and exemption requests for Generic Letter (GL) 2004-02 closure for the Point Beach Nuclear Plant, Units 1 and 2 (Point Beach).
