Dear Mr. McCartney:
This letter is to inform you that the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) will conduct a Category 3 public open house from 6:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. CDT on Wednesday, May 25, 2016, at the Lester Public Library in Two Rivers, WI. The purpose of this meeting is to provide an open public forum for the NRC to discuss regulatory activities with the public. In addition, members of the NRC will be available to discuss our assessment of Point Beach Nuclear Plant Units 1 and 2 performance in calendar year 2015. NextEra Energy personnel are encouraged to attend this open house.
