This is a meeting in which attendees will have an opportunity to observe the NRC performing its regulatory function or discussing regulatory issues. Attendees will have an opportunity to ask questions of the NRC staff or make comments about the issues discussed following the business portion of the meeting; however, the NRC is not actively soliciting comments towards regulatory decisions at this meeting.

Purpose:

The purpose of this meeting is for NextEra Energy LLC/Florida Power & Light Company to discuss its plans to submit a fleet license amendment request to consolidate the site Emergency Plans into a single fleet-wide Emergency Plan that will be applicable at Point Beach Nuclear Plant, Units 1 and 2; Seabrook Station, Unit No. 1; St. Lucie Plant, Unit Nos. 1 and 2; and Turkey Point Nuclear Generating Unit, Nos. 1 and 2, and Nos. 6 and 7.
