Duke Energy LLC Oconee Nuclear Station Docket Nos. 50-269, 50-270 and 50-287 2013 Annual Commitment Change Report Attached is a summary report of commitment changes for Oconee Nuclear Station completed during the 2013 calendar year. These changes were made per the guidance defined in NEI 99-04, "Guidelines for Managing NRC Commitments," and have no adverse effect on compliance with NRC rules or regulations.

a. < 0.1 gpm above previous daily of the Pressurizer Nozzle reading butt welds is complete.
b. < 0.25 gpm above baseline value APPLICABILITY:

Applicable on Units 2 and 3 only until mitigation of the Pressurizer Nozzle butt welds is complete.

MODES 1, 2, 3, and 4.
