Enclosed is WCAP-14425. "The Evaluation of the AP600 Conformance to Inter-System Loss-Of- ,

i Coolant Accident Acceptance Criteria." This report is provided per discussions held at the March 27, April 25 and July 10,1995 meetings with NRC staff. The report closes out meeting open item 10 in Attachment 2 to Mr. Frederick liasselberg's meeting minutes from the March 27,1995 meeting.

The report ako provides the information requested in DSER open items 20.3.13 and 20.3.14.

A nonproprietary version of WCAP-14425 will be provided within 90 days of this letter.

The Westinghouse Electric Corporation copyright notice, proprietary information notice, application for withholding and affidavit are also attached.

This submittal contains Westinghouse proprietary information consisting of trade secrets, commercial information or financial information which we consider privileged or confidential pursuant to 10CFR2.790. The specific types of proprietary information contained in the report are idemified in paragraphs (4)(ii)(a) and (4)(ii)(b) of the attached affidavit. Therefore, it is requested that the Westinghouse proprietary information attached hereto be handled on a confidential basis and be withheld from public disclosures.
