1. [ xx ] refers to the applicable secio'n in NRC Order EA-05-1 90.
2. (C) indicates a completed activity.
3. Engineering studies have been completed for the design of the radio communications subsystem. An improvement in communications is being proposed which includes the use of four repeater tower locations rather than the two locations originally planned. The schedule duration associated with obtaining the required easements for the new repeater tower locations is not determined as of this date.
4. Installation commenced on May 8, 2006 and as of June 26, 2006 33 poles / sirens have been installed. The installatibn schedule is currently limited by the response rate of various utility organizations that provide the clearance approval (with respect to underground service lines) required for drilling the holes.

Siren siting evaluations are underway to select new siren locations in areas identified as a result of a recently completed ambient sound study. The schedule duration associated with obtaining the required easements for the new siren locations is not determined as of this date.

5. Implementation deadline is January 30, 2007 per NRC letter dated January 31, 2006.
