We have reviewed your extension request to extend the due date to respond to the NRCs Request for Additional Information Regarding LESs Risk Assessment (ML22123A091). We have determined there are no objections to the extension. We are extending the due date to July 22, 2022.

UUSA is requesting an additional 30 days from today to respond to the NRCs Request for Additional Information Regarding LES Risk Assessment (ML22123A091). This would set the new due date as 7/14/2022. The current day is 6/19/2022.

This due date would allow UUSA to properly respond to this request.
