Update on schedule for completion of Movement Plan Date: Thursday, September 21, 2023 3:44:00 PM Attachments: image001.png image002.png image003.png image004.png Bryan Per the email string that follows, the CCSWG has approved the latest version of the Movement Plan. This approval is much anticipated but it also took longer than expected. In the acceptance letter for the Movement Plan, we indicated completing the review by July 31, 2023. There is now a need to revise that date. We now anticipate have the review completed and the official NRC determination on the Movement Plan to you by October 27, 2023. This email serves as the NRC notification to UUSA and ETC US of the revised completion date.

Accordingly, the CCSWG is content to endorse the most recent version of the Movement Plan and that it can be utilised with immediate effect.
