2023 EPX Document Request.docx
- Morning,
Ive attached the document request for the Emergency Preparedness Exercise (EPX) inspection. The inspectors will be myself, Paul Startz and Todd Shewmaker.
If possible, please have the documents available no later than one week before the inspection.
Actually, if you could provide the schedule of exercise activities, such as when the controller/evaluator meeting(s) will be, as soon as possible, that would help us plan our travel. Even if it is very high level, such as there is stuff planned for Monday morning, that would be helpful.
Please also let us know if any of us need to complete any site access training or take other actions for site access.
We can arrange an entrance for Monday or Tuesday once we have a better idea of the schedule, with an exit meeting sometime after the last critique. If there are any questions about this inspection or the material requested, particularly in the you find the request unclear or unduly burdensome, please contact me by email, or at 404-997-4525.
Enjoy. - Tim.
