oral examination. For this examination the written test was waived.

The previously identified weaknesses were covered in addition to new  ;

material selected by the examiner. The candidate performed I satisfactorily in all areas examined.

The Chief Examiner met with the facility representative denoted in Paragraph 2 on October 8, 1987. The examiner discussed the examination process and schedule.
