Enclosure 1 ' lists the attendees. Enclosure 2 provides slides used by TVA.

TVA presented a sunnary of the history, approach and resolution of the superheat issue. .TVA also addressed the staff questions of January 20, 1987.

TVA will provide formal responses to these questions.
