MINUTES OF dEQUOYAH RESTART PANEL MEETING, June 14, 1993 The Sequoyah Restart Panel met- at the Region II office on June 14, 1993. Enclosure 1 is the list of attendees. Enclosure 2 is the Sequoyah Restart Task Checklist and Enclosure 3 is the sequoyah Restart Issues checklist. The next meeting will be held at Sequoyah Nuclear plant on June 22, 1993.
The Jo11owing items are responses to actions items identified at che May 25, 1993, meeting e
DRS (Gibson) discussed definition of " restart" with S. Ebneter to determine, for scheduling purposes, when restart actually is commenced. Restart is defined as pulling rods to criticality.
- EDO (Plisco) to discuss with J. Taylor what type of memorandum i.ecessary to forward to Commission to inform them of Sequoyah restart date. Based on discussion a memorandum will be sent several days prior to restart on Sequoyah status.
NRR (Hebdon) to confirm ORAT inspection dates of July 6, 1993 through July 23, 1993. Action complete.
F DRP (Kellogg) request licensee to submit letter on basis for restart. Action complete.
- DRP (Kellogg)_ to schedule biweekly meetings with licensee; Action complete.
