(Seabrook Station, Units 1 and 2) June 24, 1986 SERED JUNAJT998 Notice to Parties for Providing Exhibits At Evidentiary Hearings The Board advises the parties to the evidentiary hearings in this proceeding, beginning on August 4,1986, that the requirement of this i

Commission is that the original and two complete copies of each exhibit offered by a party will be filed with the Board at the time the exhibit is marked for identification at the hearing. By this Notice, parties to this proceeding are advised that no exhibit will be marked unless the above requirement is met. We further advise that once the Board checks the copies for completeness, marks the exhibit and delivers it to the custody of the reporter, no party including the sponsoring party will be permitted to remove it for any purpose from the custody and control of the Commission's reporter. To ensure that the reporter has the complete exhibits submitted for transmission to the Commission with the daily transcript of the proceedings, the Board with the reporter will conduct e606270170 e60624 3 PDR ADOCK 0500 3)30 1

2 a daily accounting of exhibits marked on that day by the Board. The reporter will be required to certify in writing to the Board that the complete exhibits were delivered and that certificate will be attached at the end of the transcript of the hearing for the day.

The Board is providing this information well in advance of the hearings in order to provide the parties with ample time to meet this requirement.
