I have lived (with thousands nnd thousands of people) within the so-called 10 mile radius of a nuclear plant for many many years. In fact, we have two nuclear plants within 90 miles of Kenosha. These plants have been put up to save on the excessive use of oil under the encourage-ment of our very own government.

I believe we are benefiting from the clean air, less smos, quiet operation, less dependency on OPEC nations and notual safety of a nuclear power plant.

I have been taught that this is a nation indivisable. If we can conserve on oli and gas then I believe all sections of the country are equally obliged.

This can only result in n "win win" situation. The and tragedy of Shoreham cannot be duplicated in the same area without devastating results.

Sincerely, 4 W.
