The attached report contains the details of our recent visit to the I

site of the proposed subject facility on March 11, 1969.

Based on our observations and information obtained from the applicant personnel, the tentative schedule for the start of construction of the containment buildings appears to be a reasonable forecast. Also, of interest, was an apparent sincere concern on the part of the applicant personnel relative to required quality control programs.

If this ex-pressed attitude continues, we can expect a favorable working relationship with the onsite personnel.
