DOCKET No. 50-275 ne attached report by our field inspector of a visit to PG6E's main offices on September 16, 1969 is forwarded for information. No items of nonconformance or of safety significance were noted during the visit.
ne purpose of the visit was to review QC procedures concerning construction of the containment building and other Class I civil s truc tures. It is our opinion that the procedures developed for this prrsject, if properly implemented, should provide us with the reason-able assurance necessary to conclude that the containment building will be constructed in conformance with the requirements contained in the PSAR.
