FEMA FINAL EXERCISE REPORT FOR THE FEBRUARY 23, 1994, EXERCISE OF 0FFSITE RADIOLOGICAL EMERGENCY RESPONSE PLANS FOR THE RIVER BEND NUCLEAR STATION Enclosed is a letter from Megs Hepler of the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) dated June 14, 1994, transmitting the subject report for the River Bend l Nuclear Station.

There were two Deficiencies identified during the February 23, 1994, exercise.

These Deficiencies were corrected during remedial drills conducted on June 9 and ,

In addition to the two Deficiencies, there were ten Areas June 10, 1994.

Requiring Corrective Action (ARCA) identified during the exercise. FEMA Region VI staff will coordinate with the State of Louisiana to correct the ARCAs on or before the next scheduled biennial exercise.

Please forward a copy of the enclosed FEMA letter and exercise report to the licensee and request that the licensee follow up with offsite officials on the Areas Requiring Corrective Action.
