DRP should schedule a regional panel to discuss this c s and to develop an enforcement strategy (please complete Part I of the r.egional enforcement worksheet). This panel should occur within approximately 2 weeks of receiving the report. Following the regional panel, this case will be discussed with HQ offices'during a regular Thursday panel meeting.

This case will be referenced in the Enforcement Status' report.' Please note that DOJ has declined prosecution of this matter.
