To discuss the level ofinstructions and details for transferring quality assurance plan details from the current program plans at four sites to a standard quality assurance program plan for use at all sites. This is the second meeting with Entergy on the subject. The first draft of the proposed plan was submitted by letter dated April 30,1998. Issues currently under development from the review of the proposed plan will be discussed. Plant sites are Arkansas Nuclear One, Grand Gulf Nuclear Station, River Bend Station, and Waterford Steam Electric Station.
