very informative and productive, and ho]e they will pave the way for even ;
- greater cooperation in nuclear matters Jetween our agencies. i 2
- I wish you well in your effort to enhance nuclear safety in Spain under your initiative " Strategic Guidance Plan 1995-2000." As I mentioned during the I visit, my initiative regarding the strategic assessment and rebaselining of !
NRC's regulatory activities is well underway. Public conferences have been i held to discuss the issue papers developed during the second phase of this
- effort.
