l I want to express my sincere appreciation to you, Mr. Robert Strickert and the  !

other Ontario Hydro and Darlington Nuclear Generating Station personnel for the time taken out of your busy schedules to accommodate me and my colleagues during my recent visit to Toronto. I found our discussions to be productive ones. Given our common interest in issues associated with utilizing mixed oxide fuel using plutonium from dismantled U.S. nuclear weapons, I expect that .

our organizations will be in touch with each other on an ongoing basis. l I found the tour of Darlington to be informative and would appreciate being kept advised of progress being made to alleviate some of the problems identified during our discussions. I would also appreciate.being kept abreast of the near- and long-term' efforts you mentioned to privatize the non-nuclear sector of Ontario Hydro. {
