I received your letter of October 3 and am honored by your request to publish the speech I recently gave at the Consejo in the CSN magaz!ne "Revista de Seguridad Nuclear." I gladly agree to your request and would like to receive a copy of the magazine when the speech is published.
I would like to take this occasion to express to you my sincere thanks for the time you took out of your busy schedule to accommodate me and my delegation during my visit. I found our separate conversations, as well as those with other CSN personnel, to be both informative and productive.
