The FSAR submitted by the applicant has been reviewed and evaluated by the Structural and Geotechnical Engineering Branch. The applicant has not responded to most of our structural review questions (Q-1) and the structural review must therefore be based ccmpletely on an audit planned geotechnical review questions (0-1)plicant has responded to a number of for December 1984. Although the ap
, some of their responses are unacceptable; Section 2.5.4.6 of the enclosure tabulates eight geotechnical items yet to be resolved.
The draft SER containing the structural and geotechnical engineering sections is attached.
This evaluation is based on information provided by the applicant through Amend-l ment No. 8.
