From last Thursday's ERO Roster Meeting (11/7/96), we all agreed that increasing the pool for each position was essential. Pending any further
. training requirements, the following people could be added to the pool for EOF Dose Assessor: Paul Stoner, John Leifhelm, Dave Kern, and any SRO qualified. person (the Training Building is full of them).
A guidance question was asked during the meeting pertaining to up coming.
holidays and vacations. The question was, "What do we do for positions with -
only a few people and all are scheduled to be on vacation at the same time?"
The answer was "to bubble it up". Well, the three (3) EOF Dose Assessors are in this dilemma.
From' now until the end of the year, I can't supply a name to Stephanie for imost duty weeks - Instead I'm looking at providing duty names on a day by y
- day basis.- However, even day to day scheduling will fail on some days;
~ because the three of us are~ scheduled to be on vacation or medical leave.
