SUBJECT:
SYSTEMATIC ASSESSMENT OF LICENSEE PER RMANCE (SALP) REQUEST FOR FUNCTIONAL AREA OUTLINE - St. Lucie Unit 1 and 2 Attached are the St. Lucie Cycle 11 SALP Board Briefing Package materials which include the written SALP feeder inputs on the performance of St. Lucie during this SALP period. The St Lucie inspection reports are in Edwin Lea's office, and can be referenced for further detail.
Please review the SALP inputs for the i
areas assigned to you and provide an outline report as described in ROI 0516, Section E, " General Guidance for the SALP Program." The outline should be provided by January 9, 1996 to me and Edwin Lea.
The completed outlines should be transmitted electronically (via e-mail to KDL and EXL2). The outlines will be complied and distributed to all Board members by January 12, 1996. The SALP 1
Board for St. Lucie will be conducted on January 18, 1996.
Please be prepared to present the outline covering your assigned SALP functional area at the Board meeting. The assigned responsibility by functional areas for the subject SALP 1
assessment is as follows:

Johns P. Jaudon Plant Support Since the SALP period ends on January 6, 1996, it is essential that issues that developed between the date of submittal of your SALP input feeder forms and the end of the SALP period are promptly forwarded to the responsible SALP Board member. Additional information on issues developed during this period should be transmitted electronically (via e-mail) or in written form and the responsible SALP Board member should be called and briefed on the information.
