Chairman Jackson on 11/21. Per Milhoan memo dated April 22,1994, I have prepared a briefing paper for this visit. Please review the attached paper and make any changes 4

or comments you feel appropriate. It is important that the Regions views are included in this paper, and that any conflicting opinions are resolved prior to the paper being provided to the EDO staff (due to EDO NLT 11/18). I would appreciate your comments by 11/8, if possible.
