On January 9, 1996, the licensee announced the reassignment of Mr. D. A.

Sager, Site Vice President, to the position of Vice President, Nuclear Assurance, in Juno Beach, Florida due to the retirement of Mr. J. E.

Geiger. .

Mr. W. H. Bohlke will replace Mr. Sager, on an interim basis, as Site Vice President, St. Lucie Plant.

Dr. K. R. Craig will replace Mr. Bohlke, on an interim basis, as acting Vice. President, Nuclear Engineering & Licensing. 1 The above changes will be effective February 5, 1996.
