Florida Power and Light company (FP&L) President Stephen Frank resigned offective immediately on Wednesday, January 4, 1995. Mr. Frank, who was president of FP&L non-nuclear ac.tivities, will be available to help with o transition until the end of the month. Mr. James Broadhead, FP&L Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, will assume Mr. Frank's duties on en interim basis. -
