. ' I spoke with Bob Acosta, Director of Nuclear Assurance for FPL, yesterday about the j- Speakout program. In summary, he pointed out that the licensee performed a j.' 'self-assessment of the speakout program (more correctly, they had a law firm do an i

l assessment) and combined the recommendations from the assessment and our own l inspection of the Speakout program into a comprehensive list of corrective actions. l

Notable additions include I -improvements in the feedback process (including the option of a debrief with the

- tracking of Speakout recommendations through to final disposition, as opposed to

- enhancements to investigative processes to ensure identity protection -

Speakout supervisor in Juno Beach to oversee the process.
