assessment) and combined the recommendations from the assessment and our own l

inspection of the Speakout program into a comprehensive list of corrective actions.

Notable additions include I

-improvements in the feedback process (including the option of a debrief with the l.

concerned individual)

- tracking of Speakout recommendations through to final disposition, as opposed to closing the issue upon substantiation or the lack thereof l

- enhancements to investigative processes to ensure identity protection -

- the addition of one Speakout investigator at each site and the naming of a dedicated Speakout supervisor in Juno Beach to oversee the process.

- Reco.mmunicating standards for protection of concernees from harrassment, including i.

supervisory training and videos to be shown on the plant TV network.
