I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for the warm hospitality you and your staff showed me during my visit to Chornobyl last month.

I appreciate your candor in our meeting and the extensive tour of your plant.

It is clear from what I saw that the people at Chornobyl take great deal of pride in their work.

I am confident that agreement will be reached on a plan acceptable to both sides which will help to provide for adequate electric power production for the country and economic diversity for the continued prosperity of the Slavutich region.
