SUBJECT:

INTERNATIONAL TRAVEL As Chairman, I am committed to reviewing closely requests for international travel submitted by offices to ensure that agency-wide objectives of effective and economic resources use are being met.

In this regard, and as a first step in developing more detailed criteria for approving international travel, I have forwarded the attached memorandum to offices that submit international travel authorizations for my approval.

I would also appreciate individual Commissioners taking this into consideration when planning future international travel.
