SAFETY EVALUATION REPORT GRAND GULF TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION MONITORING INSTRUMENTATION RADIATION MONITORING INSTRUMENTATION The staff of the Radiological Assessment Branch has evaluated the proposed editorial change by MP&L in which the addition of item 10.a.3 to the subject table (see attachment) by Amendment 7 did not include the MINIMUM CHANGES OPERABLE for the Dryer Storage Area radiation monitors. An entry of "1" should be added to this column.
Since the proposed change is editorial and does not cause a significant increase in the probability or consequences of an accident but does provide a criteria for operating an instrument in accordance with NUREG-0800 it is acceptable.
