PRIORITIZATION OF CHANGES TO GRAND GULF TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS - AUXILIARY SYSTEMS BRAf!CH - TAC NO. 54458 Per the subject TAC the Auxiliary Systems Branch has reviewed the 248 changes to the Grand Gulf Technical Specifications and has identified 23 changes which These are in the Auxiliary Systems Branch primary area of responsibility.

23 changes have been prioritized into the following categories. Priority 1 changes are changes which should be resolved prior to exceeding 5% power operation.

Priority 2 changes are changes which should be resolved within a yet to be defined time after excceding 5% power operation.

Priority 3 changes are changes which should be resolved prior to the first refueling outage, i.e.

lifting of the reactor cavity shield.
