Construction Status

Dear Mr. Hartfield,

In reviewing our Illinois Power Company January 26, 1983 letter concerning construction status it was noted that some chance of a misunderstanding exists.

The report states that the construction estimation is based on a target date for fuel load of January 3, 1984.

A more complete description would note that at the present time the construction schedule is under evaluation.

This evaluation will be based on all the circumstances associated with the progress of the last few months.

Our intention is to have a revised schedule by June, 1983.
