'I am writing to request a copy of NRC staff memoranda, correspondence, field records, and other documents prepared in connection with the NRC Caseload Forecast Panel's assessment of its observations on site and analyses of Union Electric's presentations during and subsiquent to the visit to the Gallaway nuclear plant of September 12 - 14, 1983.
