i On April 3, 1984 a project delay in Commercial Operation from May 1986 to late 1986 was announced, along with re-evaluation of remaining scope. The announced delay does not include any planned recovery, actions. Recovery plans'are being evaluated

which could advance the projected fuel load schedule back to the original date of December 31, 1985. Thus the licensing schedule established for BVPS-2 should not he altered. The BVPS-2 project is continuing unabated with all of the presently planned licensing activities and it is understood that the project will continue to have the NRC's full support for the i

Licensing Program as currently schedule for BVPS-2.

No specific milestone dates or detail percent complete changes are available. These will be reported in the next quarterly update.
