ST. LUCIE 2 ENGINEERING & CONSTRUCTION ITEMS THAT ARE NOT EXPECTED TO.BE COMPLETED BY CORE-LOAD Attached is a Florida Power & Light (FP&L) letter providing information on FP&L open items that will not be completed by_ core load.

For several of the items, FP&L is requesting relief and providing the justification for the relief.

' For some of the other items. FP&L has reiterated their understanding of the agreed to schedule beyond core load. These latter items have been documented I

in the SER.

Cognizant Branches as well as expected completion dated (ECD) are noted in the margins _ of the attached. letter.

Please review the FP&L position and formally provide the St. Lucie 2 Project Manager an input-for the next SSER by June 25, 1982. The input should indicate the-acceptability (or the unacceptability) of the FP&L proposed schedule and the basis for the staff's position.

For-those FP&L reiterated items please fonnally confirm the agreed to schedule.
