FOIA 83-783 I had a telephone convereation with Robert Sugar,an about the subject request.

I centioned to him that he asked specifically for the latest report from the applicant on construction completion estimates, but I did not know if his request could be interpreted to ask for or if he was interested in the backup materfal given to the NRC at the April, 1983 Caseload Forecast Panel teeting at Limerick.

I gave him a brief overview of what.was included and Mr. Sugar =an replied that he was not interested, because the material w4s no longer current. He did ask some questions about a cpecific system and whether or not it had to be done before construction was complete.

I referred him to the Proj ect Manager at NRR.
