Dear Mr. Martin:

In a ' letter dated April 1, 1992 [ Reference (b)), New Hampshire Yankee (NH Y) transmitted the onsite portion of the 1992 graded exercise scenario. That submittal satisfied the criteria contained in NRC Inspection Procedure 82302. ]

In a letter dated April 3, 1992 (Reference (c)], the State of New Hampshire tran..nitted the New Hampshire portion of the 1992 offsite exercise scenario to the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA). The Commonwealth of Massachusetts transmitted their portion of the offsite exercise scenario to FEMA in a letter dated April 6, 1992

[ Reference (d)). With the concurrence of the State of New Hampshire and the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, NHY hearby transmits, for your information, the New Hampshire and Massachusetts portions of the 1992 exercise scenario. The Enclosures contain scenario-related material and should be withheld from public disclosure until completion of the exercise.
