New Hampshire Yankee (NilY) hereby files a second supplement to its application
[ Reference (b)] filed on November 13, 1990 to amend Operating License No. N P F-xb
[ Reference (a)) lo authorize the North Atlantic Energy Service Company to act as managing agent for Seabrook Station Unit No.1.
This supplement provides formal notification that, in order to conform with New Hampshire law, the title of the proposed new managing agent has been changed to North Atlantic Energy Service Corporation (NAESCO).
Northeast Utilities (NU) filed an application with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) on January 14, 1991 seeking approval of the organization and conduct of business of NAESCO. NHY then submitted this application to the NRC as a supplement to the Operating License amendment on January 22,1991 l Reference (c)]. Amendment No.
1 to the SEC application has now been filed by NU. A copy of this filing and its exhibits is attached.

United States Nuclear Regulatory Commission June 12,1991 Attention: Document Control Desk Page two Included as Exhibit B.7 is the form of a service contract between NAESCO and PSNH as approved by_ the' Seabrook Joint Owners. As stated in NHY's response to an NRC l Request for Additional Information [ Reference (d)], the purpose of this agreement is to l allow PSNil to provide NAESCO certain services that'will facilitate the transition. --NAESCO will retain full responsibility for the management, operation and maintenance of Seabrook Station.
