NEW INFORMATION POTENTIALLY RELEVANT AND MATERIAL TO BOARD PROCEEDING IN THE MATTER OF V0GTLE ELECTRIC GENERATING PLANT, UNITS 1 AND 2 In conformance with the Comission's policy on notification of the Comission and the Licensing Boards of new, relevant, and material information, this memorandum calls attention to the document discussed below.

Enclosed is a letter dated February 24, 1993, from Mr. R. P. Mcdonald, Executive Vice President, Nuclear Operations, Georgia Power Company, requesting issuance of a partial decision that addresses a September 11, 1990, 10 CFR 2.206 petition submitted by Messrs. Marvin Hobby and Allen Mosbuagh.

The September 11 petition and amendment (dated July 8, 1991), were provided to the Board by the Counsel for NRC staff on March 18, 1993.

This information is being brought to the attention of the Comission, the Licensing Board, and All Parties as information which may be relevant and material to issues pending before the Comission and Licensing Board.
