TRANSMITTAL OF SUPPLEMENT TO BOARD NOTIFICATION 91 05 IN THE MATTER OF V0GTLE ELECTRIC GENERATING PLANT, UNITS 1 AND 2 The purpose of this memorandum is to transmit additional information to Board Notification 91-05 dated May 10, 1991. In a menorandum from Thomas G. Dunning, OTSB, to Thomas E. Murley dated June 27, 1991, Mr. Dunning stated concerns regarding Technical Specification requirements for residual heat removal systems during shutdown conditions. This memorandum has been evaluated as a Differing Professional View in accordance with Office Letter No. 300 and NRC Management Directive 6.2. Enclosed is a copy of the June 27, 1991 memorandum from T. Dunning and T. Marley's response dated August 29, 1991. This supplement to Board Notificatioc 91 05 is being distributed to the Commission, the Atomic Safety and Licensing Board, and all parties for action as appropriate. /T Steven A.
